The final meeting of the Erasmus+ project P.IrAMID

05 November 2025

On November 3 and 4, 2025, it took place in Potenza, at the ARLAB headquarters (Largo Carmelo Azzarà n. 1), the final Transnational Meeting of the European project PIrAMID – Path for Intercultural Awareness, Measurement and Development (Project Number: 2023-1-ES01-KA220-VET-000157060).

The event marked the end of a two-year journey of international collaboration between partners from Spain (Tribeka Training Lab), Italy (ELIDEA and ARLAB), Bulgaria (BIA), and Belgium (garagErasmus), with the aim of promoting intercultural awareness and integrating intercultural skills in the fields of education, vocational training, and tourism.
Funded by the Erasmus+ Programme, the P.IrAMID project has developed a comprehensive model for integrating intercultural competences into training and professional paths.
During the two days of the final transnational project meeting, partners shared the project's results and drew the lines for possible future collaboration.

The first day, 3 November, was devoted to welcoming participants and bilateral administrative coordination meetings. In the evening, TRIBEKA, the project leader, and ARLAB, as the host organization, officially opened the proceedings with a welcoming speech, followed by a social dinner in the center of Potenza.

On November 4, the work was divided into a series of thematic sessions:

-TRIBEKA illustrated the progress of the project and the overall timeline, then presented – together with the partners– the final results of PIrAMID;

-BIA conducted the internal and external quality assessment, with reflections on the management process and the methodologies adopted;

-garagErasmus presented the dissemination activities, highlighting the communication and exploitation strategies of the results at European level.

In the afternoon, TRIBEKA led the sessions on administration, final reporting and sustainability, culminating in a brainstorming session on the possible impacts of the project and the continuation of collaboration between partners.

The day concluded with the presentation of the participation certificates, by TRIBEKA and ARLAB, followed by the official closing of the meeting.

The Final Meeting in Potenza was not only the conclusion of a project, but also the beginning of new synergies to foster intercultural cooperation in the fields of training and tourism.
