Giovanna Tripaldi - Training Tutor
Italian Training Tutor. She mediates between students and companies to provide a satisfying and effective internship for both sides. Through follow-up meetings, she ensures a high quality of students’ working experience. She prepares and takes care of the project documents.
Giovanna has a master’s degree in Foreign Languages from Università degli studi della Tuscia (Viterbo). During her studies she participated in different mobility programs, including an Erasmus in Spain for 6 months and Erasmus Plus in England for 4 months. She spent one year teaching Italian in Peru as a volunteer. Thanks to all these experiences, she gained high communicative and interpersonal skills applicable in different cultural environments. She speaks Italian, Spanish and English fluently, as well as French on a communicative level.
Aleksandra Ineksiak - Training Tutor
Polish Training Tutor. Acts as the main contact person for the groups once they arrive in Málaga, introduces students to the details of their project and facilitates the communication between them and their host companies. Takes care of all the project documents and ensures their proper and timely preparation.
Aleksandra has a master’s degree in Applied Linguistics of the University of Warsaw, specialized in interpreting and teaching in both English and Spanish. Apart from fluency in these two languages and her native Polish, she speaks Italian on a communicative level. Since she worked as a language teacher in the past (and still does it after hours), she is perfectly aware of young learners’ necessities and the dynamics of the teacher’s role. She has a vast experience in the sector of international mobility for learning purposes, both from a professional and personal point of view. During her studies, she participated in Erasmus internships in Barcelona, Salamanca and Granada, which strengthened her love for Spanish culture and made her want to work in the field of international mobility projects.
Elisa Bini - Student Welfare Officer
Italian Students Welfare Officer. The person who takes care of the accommodation and general welfare of the participants. She welcomes them on the arrival day, accompanies them to discover Málaga and organizes cultural activities to make the participants truly experience the city. She is also involved in the follow-up monitoring of the training experience.
Elisa studied Translation and Interpreting for International Business (English and Spanish) at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, in Brescia, Italy. When she was a student, she spent 6 months on an Erasmus internship in England. Her vastly international working experience in various roles, including administrative positions, customer relations specialist and sales export assistant, make her the perfect person to understand and take care of the students’ needs while abroad.
Elisa speaks Italian, English and Spanish fluently.
