If transfer is included, a private bus or taxi brings our groups from the airport to their accommodation and back.
A bus driver waits for the participants at the airport with a paper with Tribeka's logo and accompanies them to the closest possible place to their residence. If the street is too narrow for the bus to enter, the participants need to walk the last few minutes to reach the accommodation.
Once the group arrives at the residence, there is somebody from the staff waiting for them to do the check-in and hand over the welcome kits prepared by Tribeka.
If the transfer is not included, participants must reach the accommodation on their own, organising and paying for the transport themselves.
Tribeka needs to know in any case the exact arrival time so that a responsible person can welcome the group at the accommodation.
In case of accommodation in local families, a member of Tribeka, together with the families themselves, will wait at the closest bus stop to the flats/houses to welcome the group and divide them between their host families.
There, the Tribeka’s staff will give the group all the necessary information, together with the welcome kits.
