The AI in Apprenticeship Mentoring project harnesses the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to transform work-based learning (WBL) within vocational education and training (VET) systems across Europe. In partnership with organizations in Bulgaria, Spain, and Belgium, the project will develop a comprehensive AI-based mentoring framework designed to upskill WBL mentors, preparing them to guide apprentices through the evolving landscape of Industry 4.0. By equipping mentors with essential AI tools and digital competencies, we aim to reduce skills mismatches, bridge gaps in workforce readiness, and advance the capacity of the VET sector to meet labor market demands.

P.IR.A.M.iD. (Path for Intercultural Awareness, Measurement and Development) aims to structure the intercultural competencies of VET students and teachers in the tourism sector, together with tourism companies, through training activities and transnational mobilities.

The aim is to raise awareness and provide useful and applicable tools and methods for defining and assessing these competences. The project’s objectives are to strengthen the internationalisation process of schools and companies, raise awareness of the importance of intercultural competences and share methods/tools for better management of multicultural environments.

Youth Entrepreneurial Attitudes Support Project (YEAS) is a small-scale youth-oriented KA2 project aimed at increasing young people’s entrepreneurial skills. The goal is to create a universal and practical training model that will enable the youth to develop their potential in 4 dimensions: self-control, motivation, invention and initiative, and equip youth workers with practical tools necessary to use this training methodology in real life.
