On November 5, 2025, the Multiplier Event of the European project P.Ir.A.M.i.D. – Path for Intercultural Awareness, Measurement and Development – was held in Villa d’Agri, in the Municipality of Marsicovetere, organized by A.R.L.A.B. – the Regional Employment Agency of Basilicata.

The initiative, organized with the patronage of the Municipality of Marsicovetere and carried out within the Erasmus+ Programme, represented an important moment of sharing, dissemination, and dialogue on intercultural competences and their key role in vocational training and the European labor market.

The conference started at 09:30 with participant registration, followed by institutional greetings from the Mayor of Marsicovetere, Dr. Marco Zipparri, and Dr. Maria Rosaria Sabia, Director General of A.R.L.A.B. Next, Dr. Adele Sanchirico, Head of the European Projects Operational Unit at A.R.L.A.B., officially inaugurated the event, introducing the meaning and objectives of the meeting.

Dr. Giulia Scavone, Project Coordinator and representative of Tribeka Training Lab (Spain), presented the P.Ir.A.M.i.D. project, illustrating the Erasmus+ Programme, Key Action 2, and the pyramidal model of Richard Lewis, the theoretical basis of the training pathway developed by the partnership.

The morning continued with a speech by Prof. Rossella Cassino, Erasmus Coordinator at the Higher Education Institute “F. Petruccelli – G. Parisi,” who provided the school’s perspective and described how the P.Ir.A.M.i.D. model has been successfully integrated into the institute’s training programs. Particularly significant was the session dedicated to the presentation of experiences and good practices, during which teachers and students from the “Petruccelli – Parisi” Institute shared their testimonies about the international mobilities carried out within the project, highlighting the educational and personal impact of the experience.

Afterwards, Dr. Maria Rosaria Sabia awarded the certificates of participation and Europass documents, formally recognizing the commitment and results achieved by the participants. The event concluded with a session dedicated to guided use of the courses and networking, followed by final remarks.

The event in Marsicovetere represented a key step in the dissemination strategy of P.Ir.A.M.i.D., offering a comprehensive overview of the project’s concrete results.

The initiative in Villa d’Agri reaffirmed the commitment of A.R.L.A.B. and its European partners to bridging the gap between education and the labor market, promoting a shared vision of inclusion, diversity, and international cooperation.
